Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs where permitted by law, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Print-on-Demand Production Notice

All products are made to order after purchase to reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and preview images before placing your order.

Minor differences in print placement, color tones, or sizing may occur due to the production process and screen settings.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

This includes, but is not limited to:

products featuring custom names,
uploaded images,
personalized text,
or other customer-specific designs.

Such products are excluded from withdrawal rights in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
